  • Itinerary

    Day     01:      Arrival in Yangon (your own tickets, flight information to be advised)(D)

    Upon arrival, We’ll transfer from the airport to the hotel.  (Pls note that the regular check-in time is at 1400hrs, early check in is not included and subject to availability upon check-in time).  We will visit Chaukhtetgyi reclining Buddha statue, 72 meters long huge colossal image and Shwedagon Pagoda, the most sacred spot in Myanmar, built to house eight hair relics of the Buddha. Welcome dinner at  Local Restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

    Day     02:      Pyinoolwin  Touring  (B,L)

    All rooms check out. Breakfast box will be served. Depart from Hotel to Pyin Oo Lwin, formerly referred to as Maymyo, a British station during the Colonial era. Lunch will be served at local restaurant  en route. Then We’ll visit to Processing Plant (Mandalay Coffee Group Pyin Oo Lwin), then Coffee Research Information, Extension and Training Centre. Then exploring and sightseeing (BT brothers ‘Coffee Manufacturing Enterprise’1930) building. Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at  hotel in Pyinoolwin.

    Day     03:      Pyinoolwin & Mandalay Touring  (B,L)

    Healthy Breakfast at the Hotel. We’ll visit coffee farm, is now a scenic coffee is grown and harvested in this tropical location, and the local farmers will demonstrate for us the process of milling green coffee beans. We’ll even have the chance to strap on picking baskets and pick some dark red beans, then we’ll taste freshly roasted coffee, erved using the pour over technique. Lunch at the local restaurant. Then transfer to  Mandalay, the capital of Myanmar monarch. Then visit to Maha Muni Buddha Image and handy crafts workshops such as making of gold leaves, woodcarvings, marble carvings etc. Then proceed to Kuthotaw Pagoda, whose 729 marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures have earned it the ‘ World Biggest Book’. Ending up the day with Mandalay Hill, vantage point for the view of Mandalay. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

    DAY    04:      Kalaw Touring  (B, L)

    Healthy Breakfast at the Hotel. We’ll visit U Bein Bridge is a crossing that spans the Taungthaman Lake near Amarapura; Silk weaving home cottage. Lunch at local restaurant en route. Then proceed to Kalaw , the popular hill station in the British days and it still has an atmosphere reminiscent of the colonial era. Overnight at hotel in Kalaw.

    DAY    05:      Pindaya Touring (B,L)

    Healthy Breakfast at the Hotel.  We’ll transfer to Ywa Ngan is a highland region surrounded by green and lush rain forests. The area’s fertile soil coupled with ideal elevation and cool climate creates an accommodating environment for growing coffee. We’ll visit coffee farm at Mya Zayti Village. Then we’ll drive to Pindaya to visit the revered Buddhist Caves containing ten thousand Buddha statues. Lunch at local restaurant  After lunch, we’ll transfer to the Nyaung Shwe on Lake inle. Overnight at hotel in Lake Inle.

    DAY    06:      Inle Lake Touring (B, L)

    Healthy Breakfast at the Hotel.  Today, we’ll spend the day touring Inle Lake by a private boat. Inle Lakes radiates the serenity of still water, accented by the colorful brushstrokes of floating vegetation and slow moving fishing canoes, as the rolling hills and high mountains hug the lake on all sides. As we’re cruising through this awe inspiring scenery, we’ll be able to meditate the existence of this place with its villages built on stilts over the lake, where the local Intha people live, the leg-rowing fishermen, and their floating gardens built with water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. We’ll stop at Hpe Nga Chaung village to visit the old traditional Buddhist monastery, at the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the holiest shrine on the lake with five Buddha statues covered with gold leaf, we’ll explore the local cottage industry in Inpawkhone village, visit a cigar factory, and we’ll take a short walk through one of the lakeside villages. If we are lucky, we’ll be able to visit the floating market, where the local tribes buy and sell their goods. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch we’ll transfer to Yangon, 633km (approx. 10:30 hours) from Nyaung Shwe. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

    DAY    07:      Yangon Touring   ( B, D )

    Healthy Breakfast at the Hotel. Morning will be at leisure. Lunch at the local restaurant. We’ll be able to spend some time at the Scott’s Market for some last minute shopping. (Scott’s Market) which closed on Mondays and Public holidays.Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

    Day     08:      Yangon Departure (B)

    After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport to proceed your international flight for returning journey.
